- Submit your application/form to secure your membership today. print , fill out, and submit in person.
- Payment is due by February 28, 2027.
- Notifications through email, the website, and social media will communicate the days and hours the Pro Shop will be open for in- person payments throughout the off-season.
- Alternatively, a credit card on file can be processed on or before February 28, 2027.

Membership Terms
- Seasonal memberships are valid from course spring opening, weather permitting, through October 31, 2027.
- Weather permitting, play may continue into November at the discretion of Summerheights Management.
- Seasonal memberships are nontransferable and may be revoked and privileges withdrawn by Summerheights Golf Links. There are no refunds, partial or otherwise.
Course Policies
- Seasonal golfers and green-fee players are responsible and liable for damages to Summerheights Golf Links property.
- Summerheights Golf Links shall not be liable for personal injury to seasonal golfers, their guests or green-fee players, or for personal property lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed while on golf club premises.
- A.G.C.O. regulations do not permit consumption of alcohol on the premises unless it has been purchased at the clubhouse bar, Pro Shop or beverage cart.
- Weekday 5-day memberships may play Saturdays, Sundays and holidays by paying the equivalent of the Member Guest rate.
Club Storage Policies
- Members who had club storage in 2026 will receive priority if storage is reserved on or before February 28th, 2027. Payment is due on or before May 1, 2027.
- Members newly requesting club storage will be placed on a time-booked wait list. Availability will be determined after February 28th, 2027.
- No shoes, socks, wet towels, wet rain gear, lunch bags or similar personal items are to be left in the club storage area.
Golf Canada (Optional)
Golf Canada membership provides access to the computerized handicap / slope system through Golf Canada in conjunction with Golf Ontario.
